When you book a CMK move with us, we call the concierge within 24 hours and lock in your goods-lift slot. We file the building-pass paperwork for every crew member 48 hours ahead so there's no dock-security delay on the day. Protective lift padding is provided by every block on request — we always remind the concierge.
Sofa-through-lift maths
Standard CMK goods lifts are 1.4m × 1.0m × 2.3m. A 3-seater sofa typically fits diagonally — but not if it has fixed feet. We unscrew feet on-site (5 minutes per leg) to guarantee fit. Sectional sofas with non-removable centre joins are the only sofas we ever dismantle on a CMK move.

Can you move into a new-build CMK apartment before keys release?

What about weekend CMK moves?

Is there parking outside CMK blocks for loading?
Every block has a designated loading bay — usually surface, sometimes underground. We co-ordinate with the concierge during the booking call so the bay is held for our arrival.
